Accused then walked over to Ng Kui's stall & piaked up a chopper
from three boxes. He then turned & Leung Ki ran up Chinese St.,
crying "safe life", Accused pursued him. Leung Ki fell down outside
the Tak Hing paint shop. I saw accused out Leung Ki four times
as Leung Ki lay on the ground. Accused then ran on to Queen's Rd.

three days. When Leung Ki tapped him on the shoulder accused was
standing up. Accused was atanding up when Leung Ki spoke to him.
I was sitting behind my stall, between it & the wall.
Accused chased Leung Ki from this box to first row of public benches
before Leung Ki fell.
I remained seated all the time. Leung Ki didn't strike accused

I knew Leung Ki for over ten years. About 7.30 p.m. on 28th Sept.
I went to Chinese St. to play chess with Leung Ki.
We were just about to play on the pavement where the baskets are. Accused was sitting on a stool on the other side of the street.
Chan Kam On then came up to us. He then crossed the road to
accused with Leung Ki following. Chan Kam On asked acoused for money à accused said he had none. Accused got up & began to walk
up Chinese St.
